Okay so I am a sucker for anything chocolate…it is my kryptonite as my hubby says 🙂 So here is a little yummy to satisfy my chocolate cravings 🙂

Brownie Marshmallow Trifle

  • 1 box brownie mix & ingredients it calls for (whatever is your favorite, I used Duncan Hines)
  • 1 big tub of Fluff
  • 1big box of vanilla instant pudding
  • 1big box of chocolate fudge instant pudding
  • 6 cups milk ( I use 1%)
  • 1 large tub of Lite Cool Whip
  • about 20Marshmallows

Prepare the brownies according to box in a 13×9 pan. If the mix doesn’t have chocolate chunks I added chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking! 🙂  Let them cool completely! In a medium bowl mix 3cups of milk with the chocolate pudding mix and set in the fridge and then mix the rest of the milk with the vanilla pudding in a bowl and place in fridge. Once pudding is set mix the vanilla pudding, 1 cup of coolwhip and the fluff with a hand mixer till well blended. In the chocolate bowl mix 1cup of the Cool Whip with 1 1/2 cups of the Chocolate pudding saving the rest out for a layer. In a trifle bowl (or a glass bowl where you can see the layers) pour some of the vanilla mix enough to cover the bottom of the bowl and about 1/2 and inch up. Then crumble some brownies over that layer. Next spread some of the chocolate cool whip mix. Another layer of brownies. Next comes the plain Chocolate pudding, then more vanilla over it, brownies, chocolate cool whip, brownies, vanilla mix, brownies. Then a big scoop of cool whip right in the middle, place marshmallows around the coolwhip and then sprinkle rest of brownies on top. Let set in the fridge for 30minutes to an hour…then Enjoy!! 🙂
