I just love Bananas Foster! Bananas and caramel are one of my all time favorite combos. I may or may not keep caramel sauce and bananas on hand just for snacks! hehe I am also obsessed w fast and easy desserts! Hey I have 6kids can you blame me for like fast and easy!!?? haha My family is pretty big as well. There are 16 grandkids on my side of the family (ages16-6weeks) and we get together pretty often. Every get together includes bringing a dessert to pass, so I am always trying to come up with something new and different. On our last get together I had a 4week old baby, so I was not in the mood to cook, bake, or create anything extravagant. Going back to what flavors I love and finding banana pudding in my cupboard, I came up with this super yummy, super easy pie and it ended up being a huge hit! If I remember correctly it ended up being held hostage by my oldest brother and finished right out of the pan! 🙂
