So once again I was stuck with finding a last minute easy dessert to bring to a family get together…I looked through my cupboards(that were quite bare due to almost pay day) and this is what I found. Jell-o, Pudding and graham cracker crust. I knew I wanted to do something patriotic colors seeings how it was the 4th of July! I just went for it and crossed my fingers that it would taste good 🙂 Everyone loved it, so here is the recipe 🙂

  • 1- package cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 box white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1/2 box raspberry jello
  • 1/2 box blue raspberry jello
  • 1 big tub of coolwhip
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

In a small bowl mix together the pudding mix w the milk, let set in the refrigerator. In a large mixing bowl cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding to the cream cheese and combine. Add 2cups of cool whip to the pudding mix and combine. Separate in to 3 dishes. Add the raspberry jello to one, the blue raspberry to one mix until well combined. Then layer the blue raspberry in the bottom of the crust. Next spread the plain pudding mix over the blue jello. On top of the plain pudding mix, spread the raspberry jello. Last top the pie with some coolwhip. Let set in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Slice it up and enjoy! 🙂

**In a perfect world, I would have sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries for on top or even layered them in the mix. BUT I didn’t have them! Next time I make it, I will definitely add them! 🙂 I am thinking that this would work wonderfully with any flavor combinations of Jello that you like 🙂 So let me know what you try out!
