While preheating pan mix together the mustard, Worchestershire sauce, garlic, and honey in a bowl. Set aside.

Generously salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.

Brown each side of the pork chops in the hot skillet (you want to hear a sizzle when the meat touches the pan)
If you do not have a skillet big enough for all pork chops do them in batches. You don’t want to over crowd the pan because the chops wont brown well. Once the meat hits the pan DO NOT touch it, dont move it, wiggle it…leave it alone!! It wont brown well if you keep messing with it. 🙂 The browning process takes about 6minutes on each side.

Once the meat is browned on each side, pour the mustard sauce over top and let simmer on med- low until the sauce starts to thicken. Make sure you scrap the sides and bottom of the pan to work up all the browned bits and caramelized goodness! I served mine with garlic mashed potatoes! The extra sauce was yummy on top of the potatoes! 🙂
