Yeah for more Pumpkin!!!! 🙂 And double yeah for a super easy, fast recipe with tons of flavor! 🙂

Pumpkin Pie Trifle

  • 2cups cold milk
  • 1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (100%)
  • 1/2tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup confectionery sugar
  • regular size cool whip
  • white chocolate bar (I used Lindt brand, and just a few squares)
  • Pampered Chef Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle **optional
  • Nilla wafers (1cup crushed)
  • graham crackers (1 cup crushed)
  • 2Tbsp. sugar

  1. In a small bowl mix together the milk and pudding mix until slightly thickened. Set aside in refrigerator.
  2. In food processor crush up the wafers and crackers. Once crushed add the 2Tbsp. sugar and pulse a couple times to mix
  3. add the pumpkin , vanilla, confectionery sugar and spices to the pudding mix and mix till smooth
  4. In a trifle bowl (I put mine in a pretty glass for individual servings), cover the bottom of the trifle with half of the crackers crumbs
  5. Next layer the pumpkin mixture
  6. then the cool whip comes.
  7. On top of the coolwhip, sprinkle 1tsp of the Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle (can sub. some cinnamon and sugar)
  8. Repeat Layers, ending with the coolwhip
  9. Take a vegetable peeler and peel curls of white chocolate on top of the cool whip. Covering the coolwhip completely Sprinkle 1/2tsp of the sweet cinnamon sprinkle** (or omit if you dont have) and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice
  10. Chill in Fridge for atleast 10minutes
  11. I topped mine with an extra chunk of white chocolate 🙂

**I have since made this again and I added, instead of the sweet cinnamon sprinkle, Heath Toffee pieces! YUmmmmmm!! I found these at our Walmart in the baking isle with the chocolate chips 🙂
